Fondue Recipe :
Ingredients (for 4 person) :
- 400 grams of Swiss cheese Fondue half and half
- 1 1/3 cup of white wine
- 20 grams of maizena
- 1 clove of garlic
- Some lemon
- Mid bread
Materials :
-1 pot
- 1 camping stove
- Long fork for Fondue
Instructions :
1. With a clove of garlic, rub the pot and put the 400 grams of Swiss cheese Fondue half and half.
2. Put the 20 grams of maizena in the 1 1/3 cup of white wine, add a little bit of lemon juice, and mix it with the cheese. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and let it simmer a bit.
3. Season to taste!
Raclette Recipe :
Ingredients (serves 4) :
- Maximum 4 pieces of cheese, no more!
- Maximum 4 potatoes
Materials :
- A raclette oven
- 4 raclette stove + scrapers
Instructions :
1. Pre-heat the raclette oven and boil some potatoes.
2. Once it’s hot, put a piece of cheese in your raclette stove and put it in the raclette oven. Wait until the cheese melts.
3. When it melts, take the stove off of the oven and scrape it onto your plate. Take a potato and eat it.
4. Season to taste!
