Sticky Rice
Ingredients

2 cups of glutinous rice
-
6 cups of water
-
5 ½ tablespoons of soy sauce
-
6 cooked chinese sausages
-
15 rehydrated shiitake mushrooms
-
½ cup of dried shrimp
Directions
-
Rehydrated the dried mushrooms
-
Add rice and water to the rice cooker and let cook
-
Brown the cut-up chinese sausage in a frying pan
-
Add soy sauce, chopped mushrooms, cooked sausage, and dried shrimp to the rice. Add more or less soy sauce if desired.
Ingredients

4 eggs
-
1 bundle chinese chives
-
2 cloves of garlic
-
1 teaspoon of ginger
Scrambled and Chinese Chives
Directions
-
Saute the chopped chives, garlic, and ginger together in a pan
-
Beat the eggs and add to the chives
-
Scramble eggs
TIP: Be sure to taste to sticky rice as you add the soy sauce. It becomes very salty, very fast!!!
