Sticky Rice 

     Ingredients

  • 2 cups of glutinous rice

  • 6 cups of water

  • 5 ½ tablespoons of soy sauce

  • 6 cooked chinese sausages

  • 15 rehydrated shiitake mushrooms

  • ½ cup of dried shrimp

 

 

 

 


 



 

 







 

 

 

 

 

Directions

  • Rehydrated the dried mushrooms

  • Add rice and water to the rice cooker and let cook

  • Brown the cut-up chinese sausage in a frying pan

  • Add soy sauce, chopped mushrooms, cooked sausage, and dried shrimp to the rice. Add more or less soy sauce if desired.

    Ingredients

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 bundle chinese chives

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 teaspoon of ginger

Scrambled and Chinese Chives

Directions

 

  • Saute the chopped chives, garlic, and ginger together in a pan

  • Beat the eggs and add to the chives

  • Scramble eggs

TIP: Be sure to taste to sticky rice as you add the soy sauce. It becomes very salty, very fast!!!
